ORDER

This civil revision petition has been filed to set aside order dated 09.10.2017 made in I.A.No.377 of 2017 in O.S.No.251 of 2014 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Peraiyur. 2.It is evident from the records that on earlier occasion i.e., on 13.04.2023 when the matter was called for hearing, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners and hence, today, this matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal". However, no one appeared on behalf of the petitioners today also.

3.In view of the same, this civil revision petition stands dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs.
