When this case is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the revision petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present Civil Revision Petition. She also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the endorsements made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioners, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is, however, given to the revision petitioners to prefer an appeal before the appropriate forum, against the impugned order, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The period of pendency of this Civil Revision Petition is excluded. No costs.
