This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the order passed in CMA No.02/2017, by the learned Additional District Judge, (Fast Track Court) Theni, against the order of the learned Subordinate Judge, Uthamapalayam, Theni District in I.A.No.610 of 2016 in O.S.No.127 of 2016, dated 02.01.2017. 2.Today(16.06.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
