ORDER
Heard the learned counsel for the writ petitioner and the learned standing counsel for respondent.
2.By the impugned order, the petitioner's trucks were blacklisted. The blacklisting was for a period of two years. The said period had already expired. Therefore, nothing survives for further consideration. The writ petition is closed as infructuous. Since the blacklisting period is already over, nothing stops the petitioner from taking part in future tender process. No costs.
