Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VIKRAM, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate(Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the Court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.9650 of 2023 on 05.06.2023.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have not complying the condition.

3.In view of the above, the petitioners are directed to comply the conditions atleast for a period of one month and also co-operate with the investigation. If there is any violation, the respondent shall file a petition for cancellation of anticipatory bail.
