PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent herein to take appropriate action against the 4th to 9th respondents,in the light of petitioner's representations / complaint dated 29.04.2026 and 30.05.2026 in accordance with law as per the direction laid down by the Hon'ble Apex Court in Lalita Kumari Vs. Government of Uttar Pradesh, within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.

ORDER

Seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to take appropriate action against the 4th to 9th respondents,in the light of petitioner's representations / complaint dated 29.04.2026 and 30.05.2026, this writ petition is filed.

2. Since no adverse order is passed against the private respondents, notice to the private respondents is dispensed with.

3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on instructions submitted that with regard to the complaint received from the petitioner, enquiry is pending.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and carefully perused the materials available on record.

5. In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to put the petitioner as well as the respondents 4 to 9 on notice under Section 64 BNSS and after giving an opportunity of hearing to both the parties, conclude the enquiry within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
