ORDER

When the matter was listed on 29.07.2020, there was no representation and hence, this Court adjourned the matter to 03.08.2020. On 03.08.2020 also there was no representation for the petitioner and hence, this Court directed the Registry to post the matter on 12.08.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". Even today when the matter appeared in the list under the caption "for dismissal", there is no representation and no one is connected. In the stated circumstances, this Court considered the merits of the revision.

2.On reading the papers, this Court does not find any merits and this Court is of the view that the pendency of the proceedings will cause irreparable injury to the other side. Further, right from 2018, the Counsel for the petitioner is seeking adjournment under one pretext or other. Therefore, the purpose of this Civil Revision Petition appears to be to drag on the proceedings. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
