O R D E R

These petitions were originally posted for appearance of the respondents 1 and 3 on 18.12.2019. In the case status report, it appears as if the case is posted today [ie., 12.12.2019] for hearing and on that basis, the parties appeared. The purpose of appearance of the parties was to get the details of the legal heirs of the second respondent who is said to be the brother of the third respondent.

2.The third respondent is present along with his son. According to him, the legal heirs of the second respondent are married and living in a distant place in the northern India like Bombay and they are not able to give the correct address. On enquiry by this Court, this Court found that they are not in a position to give correct address as to where actually the legal heirs are living, since they already left the place after marriage.

MR 3.In such view of the matter, the appellants are directed to take substituted service in widely circulated English Dailies, indicating the date of hearing of this appeal as 20.01.2020. 4.Registry is directed to list the matter for hearing on 20.01.2020. The further appearance of the respondents are dispensed with.
