ORDER

Despite the matter was adjourned on several occasions, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners sought adjournments on several occasions right from 10.01.2018. There was no representation for the petitioners when the matter was called on 07.07.2020. Again the matter appeared in the list on 21.07.2020 and this Court adjourned the matter once again to 28.07.2020. However, on 28.07.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners and therefore, the matter was adjourned to next week. When the matter again was listed on 04.08.2020, there was no representation for the petitioners and no one was connected through video conference. In the said circumstances, this Court directed the Registry to list the matter on 13.08.2020 under the caption "for dismissal". In the stated circumstances, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
