When this matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that the police have completed the investigation and filed charge sheet on 31.03.2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.4, Trichy and the same was taken on file as C.C.No.644 of 2023.

3. Since long before filing of this petition, First Information Report was culminated as charge sheet, this petition, questioning the First Information Report, cannot be considered.

4. Therefore, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the charge sheet, in case, if he is advised so.
