There was no representation for the petitioner when the matter was included in the list on 09.07.2020. Hence, this Court directed the matter to be listed on 16.07.2020 "for dismissal". On 20.07.2020 when the matter was included in the list, there was a request by the learned Counsel for the petitioner to adjourn the matter by two weeks and to remove the caption "for dismissal". C.R.P(PD)(MD)No.390 of 2018 inclined to adjourn this matter any further as the petitioner is not represented on two earlier occasions and only to avoid dismissal of the Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution, a request is made after the Court adjourned the matter on the last occasion. As a result, this Court has no other option but to dismiss this Civil Revision Petition for non-prosecution. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
