This civil revision petition is filed by the petitioner as against the order passed by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, in unnumbered I.A. in O.S.No.968 of 2017 (Old No.84 of 2010), dated 21.11.2017. 2.When the revision petition came up for hearing today, it is represented by the learned Counsel on either side that the suit itself has been disposed of on 28.03.2018.
