This matter is listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' on the letter received from the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, seeking extension of one month time to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.71 of 2015. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also the reasons assigned by the learned 1st Additional District Judge, Thoothukudi, this Court is inclined to extend the time as requested by the learned 1st Additional District Judge, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRP(MD). Nos.40 and 41 of 2018 Thoothukudi, by one month and accordingly, it is extended by one month from the date of receipt of communication of this order from the Registry.
