ORDER

This petition has been filed by the petitioner / Accused No.1 to quash the case in Crime No.2 of 2019 pending on the file of the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Vigilance and Anti Corruption, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11844 of 2019 3.At this stage, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to withdraw this application, with liberty to file an appropriate application, after the final report has been filed.

4.It is always open to the petitioner to challenge the final report if so he is advised. At the stage of FIR, pending investigation, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the investigation.

5.Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised.
