The present Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari, to quash the impugned suspension order issued to the petitioner by the third respondent, dated 01.06.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted the impugned suspension order, dated 01.06.2023, issued to the petitioner has been recalled by the third respondent vide proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A1/1135/23, dated 13.07.2023.

3.Recording the same, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
