Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the respondent submit that this Civil Revision Petition is arising out of the order passed by the learned Principal District Munsif, Nagercoil, in I.A.No.124 of 2017 in O.S.No.319 of 2012, dated 27.03.2017. Now, the main suit itself was dismissed for default and therefore, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition.
