When the Contempt Petition was taken up for hearing, Mr.N.Muthu Vijayan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents have preferred an appeal against the order passed by this Court, dated 30.09.2021. He further submitted that in the said Writ Appeal an interim order was also granted.
