This petition has been filed to quash the case in Crime No.90 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, it was brought to the notice of this Court that the investigation was completed and the police report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamelkudi, Pudukkottai District and a case has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.258 of 2024.

3. In the light of the above development, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that if there is any compromise between the parties, appropriate petition will be moved before this Court to quash the proceedings.

4. Recording the above submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
