ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents not by oral order prevent the petitioner from doing his brick kiln word/business at Siva Chambers, Puliyur, Karur Taluk, Karur District on the basis of the representation of the petitioner dated 28.06.2025.

2. According to the petitioner, he is having 67 cents as per the sale deed.

3. Considering the facts of the case, the 2nd respondent/Tahsildar is directed to survey the land with the help of a surveyor as per the sale deed and mark the same. The petitioner is directed to submit an application for obtaining a license to conduct a brick kiln. The said application shall be considered in accordance with the law by the concerned authority within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Since the petitioner is currently operating the brick kiln, the respondents shall not prevent the petitioner from conducting the brick kiln without prior notice and without following due process of law. The petitioner is strictly directed to cooperate during the survey. 2/4

4. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
