The Civil Revision Petition is filed only to direct the District Munsif Court, Thiruvaiyaru to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.121 of 2015.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The petitioner is the plaintiff in O.S.No.121 of 2015 and the 'B' Form Diary shows that the suit has been unnecessarily prolonged, though it was listed for trial way back in October 2016. The issues have been framed on 23.08.2016 and thereafter, the matter is adjourned without any progress.

4. Though notice is not served on the respondent/defendants, the civil revision petition can be disposed of, without notice to the respondent/defendant, in view of the nature of the prayer in the civil revision petition. If the suit, for any reason, is disposed of or dismissed for non-prosecution, this order will not have any legal implication. No costs.
