PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2843/Aa1/2018 dated 14.09.2020 and quash the same and directing the respondents to grant approval to the petitioner for acquiring the higher education and award the petitioner incentives as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.66742/C5/E3/2014 dated 05.12.2014.

ORDER

By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.Though the writ petition is filed for a larger relief seeking issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the impugned order passed by the 3rd respondent in Na.Ka.No.2843/Aa1/2018 dated 14.09.2020 and quash the same and to direct the respondents to grant approval to the 1/3

petitioner for acquiring higher education and to award incentive to the petitioner, as per the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No.66742/C5/E3/2014 dated 05.12.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner in the course of his argument, restricted the relief for issuing a direction to the 2nd respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's appeal, dated 12.10.2020.

3.In reply, Mr.N.Shanmugaselvam, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would fairly submit that the petitioner's appeal, dated 12.10.2020, would be considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court is inclined to pass the following direction:- the 2nd respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's appeal, dated 12.10.2020 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order;

5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
