Order :This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RAJABOOPATHY.D, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11419 of 2021, dated 15.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner did not comply with the condition imposed on him by order dated 15.09.2021.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(crl.side), this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.

4.Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
