ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the third and fourth respondents to conduct an enquiry based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2024, along with the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD). No.11024 of 2023 dated 14.07.2023, and to take appropriate action against the culprits.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, directs the third and fourth respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.12.2024 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this Writ Petition Criminal stands disposed of. No costs.
