Mr.G.Rajaraman for R1 & R2 Mr.P.Thilakkumar Government Pleader for R5 C O M M O N O R D E R [Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.] The relief, as such sought for in this writ petition, falls beyond the realm of the power of judicial review conferred on the High Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The issue raised by the petitioner is to be addressed only by the Election Commission of India. It requires elaborate deliberation with reference to the various factors. Thus, the facts, as raised by the petitioner, which all are disputed, cannot be adjudicated in the present writ petitions. It is for the petitioners to work out his remedy in the manner known to law, if he is otherwise entitled to or his rights are infringed.

2. With the above observation, these writ petitions are dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
