By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2.This Writ Petition has been filed to issue appropriate direction to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner dated 10.09.2020.

3.Mr.V.Malayendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has narrated all the relevant facts and his grievances in the appeal dated 10.09.2020. If the said appeal is directed to be disposed of within a stipulated time, the ends of justice could be secured. 4.Mr.B.Jameel Arasu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents fairly submits that the appeal was filed only on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.18670 of 2020 10.09.2020 and the same will be disposed of within a period of twelve weeks on merits and in accordance with law. 5.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this court directs the first respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 10.09.2020 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on merits and in accordance with law. 6.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
