Heard Mr.R.Balakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.None appeared on behalf of the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the revision petitioner/plaintiff has filed a suit in O.S.No.42 of 2017 before the Additional District Munsif, Nanguneri, for permanent injunction. Thereafter, in the suit the revision petitioner has filed an application in I.A.No.492 of 2017 seeking to appoint an Advocate Commissioner along with qualified surveyor to measure the suit property and to file a report. The said I.A was dismissed. Challenging the order of dismissal of I.A., the petitioner/plaintiff has filed the present civil revision petition. During the pendency of the civil revision petition, the said suit was disposed of, on 14.08.2018.
