ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.89 of 2022 on the file of the third respondent and entrust the same to the fourth respondent for complete the investigation and file charge sheet within the time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that during the pendency of this petition, investigation was completed in Crime No.89 of 2022 and final report was filed before the learned Principal District Judge, Pudukottai and the same was taken on file in Spl.S.C.No.64 of 2023.
3.At this juncture, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court may grant liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. Further, there was life threat to the petitioner, this Court may issue a direction to the Law Enforcing Agency to give adequate police protection.

4.Considering the same, the Law Enforcing Agency is directed to ensure the protection of the witness/victim when ever she appear before the trial Court for evidence under the Witness Protection Scheme, 2018. 5.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law.
