ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 408, 420, 465, 467, 468 and 471 IPC in Crime No.260 of 2018. He seeks anticipatory bail.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

3.The petitioner is the Secretary of the defacto complainant Trust. The allegation is that a misappropriation of almost a crore of rupees has taken place.

CRL OP(MD). No.11835 of 2019 4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor would submit that the Treasurer had admitted his liability and already agreed to pay a sum of Rs.42,00,000/- (Rupees Forty Two Lakhs only). 5.This Court want to know whether the petitioner is willing to make good the short fall. There is no instant response by the petitioner. Since the allegations are serious and involve breach of trust of public funds, I am of the view that the petitioner is not entitled to the relief of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
