PRAYER : Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India, to set-aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.01.2018 made in I.A.No.1145 of 2017 in O.S.No.874 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Karur and allow this Civil Revision Petition. ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to set-aside the fair and decreetal order dated 29.01.2018 made in I.A.No.1145 of 2017 in O.S.No.874 of 2017 on the file of the Additional Sub Judge, Karur. 2.The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that the revision petitioner has challenged the dismissal of attachment before 1/4

judgment application and now the trial has been commenced. Hence, without going into the merits of the case, a direction may be given to the trial Court to dispose of the suit within a period of six months. He had also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the Civil Revision Petition may be dismissed and time limit may be fixed for disposal of the suit before the trial Court.

4. Without going into the merits of the case and in view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.874 of 2017 on the file of the learned Additional Sub Judge, Karur, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
