ORDER

The petitioner is working in a IT company at Chennai and his parents are residing at Usilampatti. He has approached this Court that his parents have been threatened and harassed by the third respondent and though a complaint has been lodged as against the third respondent, the respondent Police has not taken any steps. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that the based on the complaint of the petitioner, an enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.674 of 2025. When the petitioner has been called for enquiry, he has not co-operated and he stated that he can appear before respondent Police only along with his Advocate. However, the third respondent has appeared and gave an undertaking that he will workout his remedy before the appropriate civil forum. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate civil forum.
