ORDER
The petitioner has lodged a complaint and also filed this writ petition that his complaint dated 09.06.2025 has not been enquired by the respondent Police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that the petitioner lodged a complaint before the first respondent/the Superintendent of Police, who in turn forwarded the same for an enquiry and the same was treated as current paper enquiry and since the petitioner's complaint is in the nature of money dispute, it was closed on 01.07.2025.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is closed, with a direction to the 2/4
respondent Police to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner enabling him to workout his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
