This petition has been listed today under the caption ''for extension of time'' to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.132 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO 1/3

Act, Madurai.

2. The learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, has sent a letter in D.No.978/2025 dated 28.04.2025, requesting extension of further time to dispose of Spl.S.C.No.132 of 2023, pursuant to the order of this Court dated 31.07.2024.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Sessions Judge, Principal Special Court for Exclusive Trial of Cases under POCSO Act, Madurai, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, three months time is extended for disposing the case in Spl.S.C.No.132 of 2023 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
