To extend the time period for surrender as well as to comply the condition order passed by this Honble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10399 of 2023 dated 13.06.2023. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. SEENISULTHAN.M, Advocate for the petitioner in both petitions and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Government Advocate (Crl. side) on behalf of the Respondent in both petitions, the court made the following order:- 1/3

The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that in the anticipatory bail petition in Crl.OP(MD)No.10399 of 2023, he had mentioned the petitioner's name as Dinesh. However, in the FIR it has been mentioned as Dhinesh(Thakkali Dinesh). Hence, prays to amend the name and seeks extention of time. He has also produced the FIR copy and Aadhar card of the petitioner. 2.Considering the reason stated above, no amendment is required. The learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Krishnarayapuram, Karur District is directed to accept the surrender or bail petition filed by the petitioner in the name of G.Dinesh. The time is also extended further for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
