C.R.P.(MD) No.1074 of 2020 PRAYER:- This Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, to direct the III Additional District Court, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of the I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.96 of 2020 within a specified time frame that may be fixed by this Court. ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed invoking the jurisdiction of this Court under Article 227 of the Constitution of India for an early disposal of I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.96 of 2020. 2.The 'B' diary extract, which has been annexed, would indicate that from 15.09.2020, the matter is being adjourned for counter. It is now informed by the learned counsels that the counter has been filed. Therefore, a direction is issued to the learned 3rd Additional District Judge, Tiruchirappalli to dispose of I.A.No.3 of 2020 in O.S.No.96 of 2020 on or before 28.02.2022.

3.With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
