Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

2. By consent of parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.

3. The petitioner seeks for patta in respect of the land measuring an extent of 3.97 acres in Survey No.377/2012 at No.82, Rethinakottai Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukottai District. For such purpose, the petitioner made a representation on 06.03.2015. As the said representation was not considered and no order has been passed, the petitioner made another representation on 07.08.2015 seeking for information as to what had happened to his representation even that representation has not been considered so far. Therefore, the present Writ Petition is filed before this Court.

Considering the above stated facts and circumstances, without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.03.2015 and pass appropriate orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No Costs.
