Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pursuant to the 4th respondent order dated 05.12.2014, quash the same and consequently directing the 3rd and 4th respondent to issue loan sanction order to the petitioner's Hollow Block Super, under the Prime Minsters Employment Generation Programme (PMEGP) as recommended by the 2nd respondent letter dated 12.09.2014.

ORDER

This Court by order dated 15.02.2019, directed the respondent bank to consider the loan application of the writ petitioner. The learned Standing Counsel for the respondent submitted that since the petitioner is not having IT return for the past three years, they are unable to process his request. Be that as it may, the respondent is directed to issue a formal communication to the petitioner setting out the reason on receipt thereof. It will be open to the petitioner to file afresh writ petition challenging the same.
