Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.4158/2019/A3 dated 07.08.2019 and quash the same as arbitrary and illegal and directing the first respondent to issue the copy of the complaint and other documents relating to the death of the petitioner's daughter Salomi. For Petitioner : Mr.RMS.Sethuraman for Mr.K.Baalsundharam For R - 1 : Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, Additional Government Pleader.

ORDER

Mr.EMS.Sethuraman, learned counsel representing Mr.K.Baalasundharam for writ petitioner and Mr.Aayiram K.Selvakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader on behalf of first respondent are before this Court.

2.Read this in conjunction with and in continuation of earlier proceedings, dated 16.09.2019. To be noted, pursuant to 16.09.2019 order, this Court is informed by the counsel for writ petitioner that second respondent has been duly served vide private notice, but proof of service has not been filed.

3.Second respondent is a private respondent, but considering the trajectory of the hearing, presence of the second respondent is not necessary for disposal of this Writ Petition, as this order will not adversely impact the rights of the second respondent in any manner.

4.Today, learned State counsel submits that information sought for has, since, been furnished. This is not disputed by learned counsel for writ petitioner.
