Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to survey the property and record the boundaries referred to in the application dated 05.03.2018 submitted before the first respondent viz., and Survey No.53/5 kaarkamalam Village, Manamaelkudi, Pudhukottai District along with the payment of challan as expeditiously as possible within the time stipulation as prescribed by this Court.
