ORDER

This Criminal Revision Case has been filed against the impugned order in Crl.M.P.No.2182 of 2019 in M.C.No.16 of 2011, on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thanjavur dated 08.08.2019.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, on instructions, the learned counsel appearing on either side submitted that divorce has been granted by the learned Principal District Judge, Thanjavur, in I.D.O.P.No.54 of 2011. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this case.
