ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner seeks sub-division of the petition mentioned land and issuance of individual patta. The petitioner has given a representation in this regard.

3. The third respondent shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter. It is for the third respondent to pass order one way or other. Interested persons shall be put on notice.
