ORDER

The Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Principal District Munsif Court, Sivagiri to dispose of the in I.A.No.6 of 2023 in O.S.No. 132 of 2021, pending therein.

2. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents 1 to 3 and 6 is dispensed with.

3. The petitioners, who are the defendants filed IA No.6/2023 and the suit is filed by the first respondent/plaintiff in OS No.132/2021 for various reliefs. The present Interlocutory application was filed for rejection of plaint. Since the said application is pending from the year 2/5

2023, the petitioners are before this Court for speedy disposal of the same.

4.Considering the limited scope of the matter and taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case, the trial Court is directed to dispose of IA No.6/2023 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
