ORDER

The petitioner seeks review of the order 18.11.2022 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Palani. An administrative authority will not have the power of review unless specifically conferred. I, therefore, permit the petitioner to file a petition before the District Revenue Officer, Dinidugl. If such a petition is filed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, it shall be entertained by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul without reference to limitation. On such petition being filed by the petitioner, it shall be disposed of by the District Revenue Officer, Dindigul on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve weeks thereafter. 2.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly.
