Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of Constitution of India to set aside the fair and decreetal Order, 15-03-2019 made in I.A. No. 523 of 2018 in O.S. No. 46 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sathur and allow this Civil Revision Petition.

ORDER

To set aside the fair and Decretal Order dated 15-03-2019, in I.A. No. 523 of 2018 in O.S. No. 46 of 2014 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Sattur, the revision petitioner has filed this Civil Revision Petition.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

3.The revision petitioners are 9th and 10th defendants in the suit. I.A.No.523 of 2018 was filed by the respondents 1 to 4/plaintiffs to appoint the wife of the first defendant as guardian to him, since he is insane. That petition was allowed and against the said order, this present revision has been filed by the revision petitioners. During the pendency of this Revision Petition, the first defendant died.

4.In view of the above, this Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
