ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in

Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3265 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.422 of 2025. dated 13.03.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly. However, this petitioner is having eight previous cases.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court, in Crl.M.P.(MD).No.3265 of 2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.422 of 2025 dated 13.03.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Judicial Magistrate, Sivagiri, monthly once, i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 am., until further orders.
