ORDER

When the matter was taken up for consideration on 17.10.2022, there was no representation for the petitioner. But, the Registry has produced a web copy of case details, which shows that the main suit in O.S.No.101 of 2013 itself has been dismissed by the trial Court on 30th October 2019. Since there was no representation for the petitioner, the matter was directed to be listed under the caption "For Dismissal" today, (ie. On 27.10.2022).

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that he has already returned the case papers to the petitioner and he has no instruction from his client.

3. In view of the fact that the main suit itself has been dismissed by the trial Court on 30.10.2019, nothing survives for adjudication in the Civil Revision Petition. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
