Respondent/Respondent Prayer :-This Petitioner filed under Aricle 227 of Constitution of India,praying to direct the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli, to expedite the hearing in HMOP No.113 of 2014 to dispose the same within time frame fixed.

ORDER:- This Civil Revision Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the letter submitted by the Principal Subordinate Judge, Tiruchirappalli in D.No.920 dated 10.06.2020 seeking further four months time to dispose the suit, and upon hearing the arguments of M/s.R.Sundar Srinivasan, Advocate for the Petitioner and none appeared for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This Court by order, dated 18.11.2019, directed the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Thiruchirappalli, to dispose of the case in H.M.O.P.No.113 of 2014 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2.Now, the learned Judge seeks further time of four months to dispose of the above said case.

3.The request of the learned Judge is reasonable. Though the request is to grant further time of four months, in view of the outbreak of COVID-19, this Court grant eight months time from today to comply with the order of this Court, dated 18.11.2019.
