..Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order passed by the third respondent in his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.A10/4650/2015 dated 28.12.2015 and quash the same as illegal and consequential to direct the third respondent to forward the proposal to the second respondent for authorization of family pension benefits to the petitioner on the strength of the legal heir certificate without insisting succession certificate from the petitioner within the period that may be stipulated by this Court.
