On perusal of the records it is seen that this Court vide order, dated 10.07.2020 issued notice to the petitioner since the petitioner counsel reported "no instructions". The notice sent to the petitioner returned with an endorsement as "no such addressee".

2. In such circumstances, there is no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending and hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
