ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a writ of Mandamus to direct the first respondent to return the original driving licence No:DL No.TN-49-19980002614 of the petitioner to him forthwith.

2. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to approach the Principal Seat of this Court inasmuch as the relief sought to be claimed against the respondents in Chengalpattu.

3. Recording the same, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. No costs.
