Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent i.e., the Joint Director of Agriculture Thanjavur to pass appropriate orders on the petitioners representation dated 29.01.2016 regarding disbursement of Special Provident Fund which has been dealt with by the Joint Direct of Agriculture Thanjvur in his Lr.No. A2/1191/2015 dated 14.01.2016.

ORDER

The petitioner has come up with the above writ petition seeking for the issue of a writ of mandamus, to direct the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's representation dated 29.01.2016 regarding disbursement of Special Provident Fund which has been dealt with by the Joint Direct of Agriculture Thanjvur in his Lr.No. A2/1191/2015 dated 14.01.2016. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Mr.S.Sadeskumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.

3.It is seen that the petitioner has already made a representation on 29.01.2016 before the first respondent seeking for the very same relief. It is further stated that the said representation is still pending.

4.Considering the above stated facts and circumstances and without expressing any view on the claim made by the petitioner, the writ petition is disposed of directing the first respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 29.01.2016 and pass orders on the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
